Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use ph 14, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each player is permitted to hold only one account; duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately by contacting our support team. ph 14 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 years of age will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on ph 14 are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated on the platform at the time of your request, and processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. ph 14 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. Account Suspension and Termination

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph 14's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ph 14 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
